  • No, part of our stress-free experience is that we provide everything you need: mats, towels, water, towels and even our signature granola for after your session.

  • Yes! We have several membership tiers designed to fit different lifestyles. Options include all-inclusive memberships with amenities, and bodywork memberships.

  • Yes. Drop-in pricing is available for classes, sauna, red light therapy, and bodywork. Memberships are recommended if you plan to visit more regularly.

  • Absolutely. Many clients enjoy a class or bodywork session paired with sauna or red light therapy.

  • Yes. Whether it’s your first yoga class, your first sound bath, or your first sauna session, our team will walk you through everything so you feel safe and supported.

  • Yes, we host private group classes, and wellness parties. These can include amenities and add-ons like journals, aromatherapy rollers, or catered snacks.

  • To respect the experience of all guests, we have a 5-minute grace period for classes. If you’re running late, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes. Bodywork and sauna sessions are for ages 18+. Classes and sound baths may be open to teens depending on the offering — check individual class details.
