At Rise Mindful Healing in Santa Clarita, our studio classes are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellness, and deep stress relief. Many of our offerings blend modalities like breathwork, sound, mindful movement, and guided meditation to create a truly immersive experience.
We’ve organized our schedule into two categories to help you choose what’s right for you: Mindful Movement Classes include gentle, intentional movement to help you reconnect with your body. Restorative Practices are slower-paced sessions focused on nervous system care—through breath, sound, stillness, or other therapeutic approaches that encourage deep rest and healing. To enhance the effects of your class, consider pairing it with an infrared sauna or red light therapy session in our wellness suite.
Mindful Movement Classes

In this calming practice, poses are held for 2–5 minutes, allowing you to relax
your muscles and settle into stillness. The slow, gentle stress on connective
