At Rise Mindful Healing in Santa Clarita, our studio classes are designed to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Our schedule blends intentional movement, restorative practices, breathwork, sound, and mindfulness to help you move, recover, and feel your best- both physically and mentally.

We’ve organized our schedule into two categories to help you choose what feels right for you:

Mindful Movement Classes include Mat Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and other movement-focused offerings designed to help you build strength, mobility, stability, and connection to your body- with nervous system support woven throughout.

Restorative Practices focus on slowing down and supporting recovery through Yin, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Bath, meditation, and other therapeutic approaches designed to ease stress and encourage deep restoration.

Every class at Rise includes our stress-free experience- mats and props set up and ready for you, towel service, complimentary water and signature granola, plus convenient private parking.

Looking to deepen your experience? Pair your class with an infrared sauna or red light therapy session.

Mindful Movement Classes

These classes combine intentional movement with nervous system support to help you build strength, mobility, stability, and connection to your body. Offerings include Mat Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and supportive movement experiences designed to meet a variety of needs and experience levels.

Every class at Rise is trauma-aware, beginner-friendly, and designed to help you move at your own pace. Many offerings also incorporate breath, mindfulness, meditation, or recovery practices to create a more supportive and complete experience.

Restorative Practices

These sessions are designed to help you slow down, reset, and regulate your nervous system. Whether through sound, breathwork, guided meditation, or other sensory-based practices, each class invites stillness, awareness, and deep rest. You’ll be supported in a trauma-informed environment where there’s no need to perform—just space to be, settle, and receive what you need that day.
